At Wonderborn, he spearheaded the growth of an EdTech curriculum platform. At Integrity Music, he transformed WeAreWorship from a blog into a global subscription-based destination with 2.4M+ annual users.

 

Earlier in his career, Duncan led content strategy for Cineworld, WWF, and Dobbies at Immediate Media, and cut his teeth in the music industry with Chrysalis and Sony/ATV—negotiating syncs, managing rights, and connecting music to culture.
